Welcome to CodyChat Chatroom. By accessing or using this website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

User must be at least 13 years old (COPPA compliant – USA).
Country-specific rules apply:
- EU Users: Must give consent to data usage under GDPR.
- UK Users: Age must be 13+ (UK Children’s Code).
- Pakistan/India Users: Must follow local cyber laws and digital security acts.
Users are responsible for ensuring that local laws allow them to use online chatrooms.

2. User Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
Sharing your account with others is not allowed.
Admin has the right to suspend or delete accounts violating these rules.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will NOT:

Spread hate speech based on religion, caste, race, gender, or nationality.

- Violent or extremist content
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Malware, viruses, or harmful scripts

Violation may result in instant permanent ban.

4. Content Ownership

You own the content you upload.
By posting in the chatroom, you grant CodyChat a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the website.
Illegal or harmful content may be:
- Removed
- Reported to authorities (if required by law)

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the data necessary for the service (username, chats, IP, device info).
Data is handled according to:
- GDPR (EU Users)
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act (India)
- PECA Cyber Laws (Pakistan)
We do NOT sell user data to third parties.
Users can request data deletion under applicable laws.

6. Chatroom Rules

Respect all users.
Avoid flooding, spamming, or sending repeated messages.
Do not share others’ personal information (Doxxing).
Admin/moderator decisions are final.
Public rooms have strict moderation. Private messages are monitored only when abuse is reported.

7. Safety Guidelines (International Standards)

This chatroom follows common global safety guidelines:

- Illegal content must be removed quickly
- Users can report content
Safe Harbor Guidelines (USA)
- We remove harmful content when notified
Pakistan/India Cyber Laws

We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or always available.

User misconduct
Third-party actions
